In 2024, two young working professionals — Srinivas Tummalapalli and Surendra Buddha — found themselves asking a question that millions of Indians silently ask every day: Why is it so easy to book a service in Hyderabad, but nearly impossible to do the same back home?
Both had grown up in smaller towns. Both had watched their families struggle to find reliable plumbers, electricians, and repair workers — not because such workers didn't exist, but because there was no dependable way to find and reach them. Meanwhile, in larger cities, a single tap on a smartphone could summon any service imaginable within the hour.
The gap was not one of talent or need. It was a gap of connectivity — a missing bridge between the people who needed services and the skilled professionals ready to provide them.
